The Program

Most diversity programs build awareness.
This program builds intercultural intelligence.

There is a profound difference between knowing that cultural difference exists and having the leadership intelligence to perform across it. Awareness fades. Intelligence compounds. From the very first meeting, leadership teams engage with real skills, real measurements, and real business results — not theory.

Grounded in the IDI®

Every participant begins with their individual IDI® orientation — the world's most widely used, research-validated instrument for measuring intercultural competence. The IDI® is administered by a IDI® Qualified Administrator.

Five Cumulative Intercultural Intelligences

Builds five distinct intercultural intelligences — each one building on the last. This is what makes intercultural development measurable and lasting.

Connected to Business Results

Every session connects to a measurable outcome — retention, revenue, leadership performance, or organizational scale. Participants commit to specific results and report back at every session.

Complete Program Suite

Participant Workbook, Instructor Manual, Resource Slides, Breakthrough Plan, and a 12-month sustainability framework — so growth continues long after the program ends.

25 Years in Development

Field-tested across organizations in corporate, government, university, and international sectors. Every session, tool, and framework reflects 25 years of real intercultural leadership experience.

A 12-Month Sustainability Framework

Participants leave with a personal sustainability plan — specific habits, an accountability relationship, and a measurable result to track over the twelve months that follow.

Unique to This Program

Daily Habits that match your IDI® Orientation.
The only program we know of that does this.

From the very first session, every leader receives Daily Habits that match their IDI® Orientation — one set of habits for each of the five orientations on the Intercultural Development Continuum©. Leaders begin practising the habits that match their current IDI® orientation. As they grow through the program, they move naturally into the next orientation's habits. The guide travels with them for twelve months beyond the program itself.

Every session opens the same way — with one question that holds every leader accountable to their growth between sessions. This is the only intercultural leadership program we know of that does this.
